New Member Educator - Axie Cummins

Hi!!! My name is Axie Cummins, and I am honored to serve as Pi Chapter’s G.M., aka Hootie Mama, aka the best job in the world– getting to showcase how awesome Chi Omega Pi is! I am from Brentwood, TN, studying Biochemistry on the Pre-Dental track with a minor in Business– pursuing my lifelong dream of becoming an Orthodontist! My faith, family, puppies, and friends are most important to me! I also LOVE sharks and cannot wait to swim with them for the first time in March! Outside of Chi Omega, I am a part of the UTK Student Dental Association, a seasonal worker at The Home Depot, and a Remote Area Medical volunteer! One of the things I love most about Chi Omega is that each member of Pi encourages individuality while always staying true to our values. As the G.M., I work alongside my assistants Libby Love and Cece Clinton, newly added Ritual Chair Marie Hutton, G.T.B Emma, and Personnel Ellie, welcoming our New Members in and educating them on what it means to be a part of Chi Omega’s unique Sisterhood. This year, I am very excited to have Marie assist in providing our Sisters and New Members with a deeper understanding and appreciation for our rituals and their significance to our values, purposes, and traditions of Chi Omega! My main goal is for each New Member to have their own personalized New Member Experience, constantly affirming their confidence in Choosing Wisely. I hope each New Member knows they have a Home in Chi Omega – a Home filled with life-fulfilling friendships and opportunities for growth throughout their entire Membership Experience and beyond! I am SO excited for this next season of Chi Omega and welcoming Home our New Members who will continue the amazing legacy of Pi! XoXo! :)
